The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IEEE INFOCOM Workshop Chairs grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.  For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers.  Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.  If you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for both the conference and the workshop.

POLICIES ON NO-SHOWS AND SUBSTITUTE PRESENTERS

Each paper must be presented in person or via a pre-recorded presentation (if approved by the TPC Chairs before the camera ready deadline). If a pre-recorded presentation is not submitted by a given deadline, then that paper will be considered a “no-show.” During the conference, at least one author from each paper must be ready to answer questions.

A paper not presented or presented without prior written approval by the TPC Chairs will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to authors of these papers.
